Once more with Feeling

Jaja, hatte ich schon erwähnt, dass der Sockenstrickvirus mich wieder im Griff hat? Ähm, ja, ein Paar ist gerade gestern Abend von den Nadeln gehüpft. Es sind die „Fetzensocken“ nach dem Muster von Diane Meyer gestrickt in Lana Grossa Meilenweit cotton. In rosa sind sie finde ich besonders hinreißend. So richtig girliehaft ;o) Zur Abwechslung habe ich hier mal wieder die Ferse mit verkürzten Reihen gestrickt. Mit dem offenen Lochmuster habe ich nicht solche Probleme, die über meinen Spann zu bekommen.

Fetzensocken

Did I mention that I’ve been bitten by the sock bug … again?! No?! Yeah, well, at least it’s something practical, right 😉 Last hopping off my needles was a pair of „Fetzensocken“ (Frazzled socks) in a lovely, very girly pink yarn (Lana Grossa Meilenweit cotton). The pattern is by Diane Meyer and can be found on her blog. For a change I tried a short row heel again, instead of my regular nordic heel and I’m quite please with the result – no problems getting the socks over my instep this time. Must be due to the lace pattern.
