Lacy socks

So gar nicht passend zum sommerlichen Wetter ist am Mittwoch beim Stricktreff im Teehaus Aurum mein aktuellstes Paar Socken fertig geworden. Naja, obwohl, farblich und vom Muster her sind sie schon sehr schön sommerlich. Das Muster ist ein sehr simples aber effektives Lochmuster. Hier für alle Interessierten eine kleine Strickschrift zum Nacharbeiten.

Not quite fitting for this wonderful summer wheather – my latest pair of socks which got finished at Wednesday’s knitting meeting. Although, coming to think of it, the color as well as the lacy pattern kind of makes it a lovely pair of summer socks anyway. The little chart can be used if you want to work a pair for yourselves.

Pattern: Generic sock pattern worked over 64 stitches with a heel flap
Needles: 2.25 mm Addi steel DPNs
Yarn: LANG Yarns Jawoll sock yarn (75% Schurwolle, 18% Polyamid, 7% Acryl; 210m/50g) in the brightest fuchsia

Und weil ich so stolz auf mich bin und es so hübsch aussieht, hier ein kleiner Schnappschuss meines begrünten Balkons.
